1- Neck
Place the measuring tape around the base of the neck with one finger in place.
2- Chest
Measure around the chest (usually under the right armpit and shoulder blade, right across nipple).
3- Stomach
Measure around the entire stomach or just below your lower ribs, whichever is larger.
4- Jacket Length
Measure straight down from the bottom of the neck (right or left side) to the level of the point with the knuckle of your thumb.
5- Shoulder
Place the measuring tape from the point where the shoulder seam joins the sleeve of one hand to the seam of the shoulder of the sleeve of the other hand, and then add an allowance according to body shape.
6- Sleeve
Measure from the tip of the right shoulder to the "pinch" of the right hand.
7- Bicep
Measure around the entire length of the bicep with your forearms.
8- Writst
Measure around the entire wrist.
9- Waist
Measure around your waist at the level where you normally wear your trouser belt. Tighten as much as you feel comfortable.
10- Hip
Measure around your hips and buttocks.
11- Thigh
Measure around your thigh at its widest point.
