Since Uomo Clothing customizes the suit according to the customer's requirement and body fitting, the chances of returns are less. Below are the rules if there is any chance of your return.

Refunds Permitted

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. In case of refund 25% deduction is compulsory.

No Refunds / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized order as fabric is cut based on customer measurements and requirements.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges will be paid by the customer in case of exchange or return

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
